Is text message marketing SPAM?

Who decides what goes in the texts?

You are the only person that can decide what your customers receive from your business. You control what to send, when to send it, and how often to send it.  Vortext puts the power in your hands.

Does this service cost my customers?

No, it's free for your customers to receive messages. We want them to spend more at your business. They just need to opt-in to your campaign.

I don’t have a lot of time to spend on texting people.

What is a short code?

A short code is a four digit number that customers will text your keyword to. It is short and sweet so it’ll be easy for you and customers to remember.  Vortext's short code is 4363.

What is a keyword?

A keyword is a word that customers can associate with your business. Usually it will be your business name or a shortened version of it, or it could be the name of a product or service that your business offers e.g. Cake, Beer, Bands.
